This class is designed for experienced ballet students with a solid foundation in pointe work and classical technique. It focuses on strengthening the feet, ankles and legs, refining alignment, and improving balance and control while executing point combinations safely and artistically.

  • Students must have a pre-pointe assessment from a physiotherapist before attending this class.
  • Suitable clothing includes appropriate ballet attire. Pointe shoes correctly fitted with elastics and ribbons. Boys wear a studio t-shirt, black shorts or long pants, and black shoes.
