Known for her high energy and enthusiasm, Lauren has been with RSDS for 10 years and is very passionate about both dance and teaching. Her favourite styles include lyrical, contemporary and acrobatics.
Fun fact: When Lauren’s not in the studio, you will find her hanging upside down on an apparatus, or spending time with friends or working on her latest artwork.
Lauren loves helping students build confidence and achieve new skills in a fun, supportive environment
On top of her decade of experience at RSDS, Lauren recently furthered her education, studying dance full-time at Lee Academy in NSW, earning her diploma in dance. Through this, she also discovered her passion for circus and aerial arts, specifically Lyra.
