Charlotte began at RSDS in 2015 and considers it one of the best decisions of her life! During this time, she has experienced Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Classical, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre. Her favourite styles are Commercial/Hip Hop, which she absolutely loves!
What she brings into the classroom is a belief in her students before they believe in themselves. She strives to get the best out of every dancer, not by lowering expectations, but by trusting in their capability and pushing them to reach it, valuing precision and attention to detail because strong technique builds confident performers. Charlotte teaches with passion, creating an environment where energy, commitment, and a love for dance are felt in every class. Above all, she leads with encouragement, supporting students, celebrating their progress, and helping them grow not just as dancers but as individuals.
When not teaching, Charlotte focuses on completing a Bachelor of Human Movement and pursuing a postgraduate degree.
